Reflection on Today's Verse
Sin brings death, but God offers life through Christ. The world often whispers that freedom is found in doing what feels good, yet the cost is bondage and emptiness. God flips this script—He doesn’t demand payment, He offers a gift.
Eternal life isn’t wages earned; it’s grace freely given. That means you don’t have to carry guilt, prove your worth, or strive endlessly to be enough. Christ is enough, and because of Him, you are free to live in the light of His gift. Today, the question is simple: will you live as someone weighed down by debt, or as someone set free by grace?
Personal Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ. Forgive me for the times I chase fulfillment in places that only lead to emptiness.
Teach me to rest in the finished work of the cross, and help me walk daily in gratitude for the life You’ve given me. When I feel the weight of striving, remind me that Your grace is enough. May my words and actions today reflect the joy of one who has been set free. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
