Reflection on Today's Verse
Christ is not only part of creation’s story — He is the reason for it. Everything seen and unseen was created by Him and for Him. That means life is not random, empty, or without direction. There is purpose behind creation, and there is purpose behind the believer’s life too.
When the world feels confusing, this verse points our eyes back to Christ. He is above every power, every authority, every fear, and every unseen thing. Nothing is greater than Him. Since all things were created for Him, our highest peace is found when our hearts, choices, and hopes are centered on Him.
Personal Prayer
Lord Jesus, thank You for being the Creator and purpose of all things. Help me remember that nothing is outside Your power and authority. When life feels uncertain, teach me to rest in who You are.
Keep my heart focused on You, and help me live each day knowing that my life has meaning because it belongs to You. Amen.
