Romans 1:19 – Today’s Verse for March 15, 2026 Sunday

Reflection on Today's Verse from Romans 1:19 - March 15th 2026

Reflection on Today's Verse

God is not distant, silent, or impossible to know. He has shown enough of Himself that man is accountable to Him. But this verse also pushes your heart to something deeper. It is one thing to know that God exists. It is another thing to know Him in the grace revealed through Jesus Christ.

Many people live surrounded by signs of God’s power, order, and wisdom, yet still remain blind to His goodness in the gospel. That is why this verse can humble you. It reminds you that truth is not hidden because God refused to show it. The real issue is often that man does not want God on God’s terms. But for you as a believer, this verse can also bring comfort. The God who reveals Himself is not playing games with your soul. He is not trying to confuse you. He wants you to know Him, and He has made Himself known most clearly in His Son.

Personal Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You that You are not distant or silent. Thank You that You have made Yourself known, and thank You most of all for revealing Your grace through Your Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. Help me to see You more clearly and to rest in the truth of who You are. Keep me from the confusion and blindness of this world, and let my heart be established in the gospel of Christ.

Thank You that I do not have to guess about Your love, because You have shown it so fully in Jesus Christ. In His name I pray, Amen.
