Reflection on Today's Verse
The gospel didn’t come from trends, traditions, or someone’s personal genius. Paul says it plainly: it came “by the revelation of Jesus Christ.”
That means your faith doesn’t rest on how convincing a preacher is, how strong your feelings are, or how stable people around you seem. It rests on what Christ revealed and finished. When doubts hit, or when voices get loud, you can come back to this: God started this, God revealed this, and God will keep you in it.
Personal Prayer
Father, thank You that the gospel is not after man, and not built on human wisdom or approval. Thank You that Jesus Christ revealed the truth, and that my faith can rest on something solid and sure.
Help me to stay anchored when opinions change and emotions rise and fall. Keep my heart humble, teachable, and steady in Your grace. Let my life point to Christ… not to me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
