Reflection on Today's Verse
There are days you don’t even know what to say to God. You feel the weight, the confusion, the tiredness… and all you can manage is silence, a sigh, or a deep ache you can’t explain.
Prayer is not a performance. When your words fall apart, you’re not failing—God already provided help. The Holy Ghost “helpeth our infirmities,” and even your wordless groanings aren’t wasted. They’re heard.
So when you feel weak, don’t run from God until you “get it together.” Bring the weakness to Him. The Spirit meets you there—and intercedes when you can’t.
Personal Prayer
Heavenly Father, I come unto Thee in Jesus’ name. Thou knowest my heart and all that I cannot put into words. I confess that I am weak and oftentimes I know not what I should pray for as I ought. Thank Thee that Thy Spirit helpeth my infirmities and maketh intercession for me.
Lord, quiet my anxious thoughts. Strengthen me where I am weary. Guide my steps by Thy Spirit, and let my mind be stayed on Thee. Help me to trust Thy care, even when I cannot explain what I feel. I rest in Thy love and in Thy faithfulness.
I thank Thee for hearing me. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
