“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.“
— Ephesians 3:20-21 KJV
Reflection on Today's Verse
God doesn’t operate in the realm of just enough. He goes beyond, always. We dream in teaspoons; He pours oceans. The best part? It’s not even about what we can think up—He moves past our limits, past our logic, past our wildest hopes. He’s not bound by your resume, your past, your doubts, or your prayers. His power works in you, not far off, not someday—now.
And all of it? For His glory. Not so we can take a bow, but so the Church shines with the weight of His goodness. If you’ve been shrinking your prayers to match your reality, flip it. Pray big. Expect wonder. His “immeasurably more” starts exactly where you think it ends.
Personal Prayer
Father, You know how small my thoughts can be sometimes. I limit You to my own understanding. But You’re not limited. You are more. You do more. You are the more.
Stretch my heart, Lord. Help me pray like I believe You’re listening—and like I believe You can actually do something about it. Let Your power work in me—not for my name, but so others see You in all Your glory.
In Jesus’ mighty name I pray, Amen.
