Reflection on Today's Verse
Jesus showed the fullest meaning of grace by willingly giving up heavenly glory for our sake. Though He was rich, He humbled Himself, entered our broken world, and accepted suffering so that we could receive forgiveness, hope, and eternal life.
Remember that true richness is not measured by possessions, status, or comfort. We are rich because we belong to Christ and have received His grace. His example also calls us to live generously… sharing our time, compassion, encouragement, and resources with those in need.
Personal Prayer
Lord Jesus, thank You for the immeasurable grace You have shown me. Though You were rich, You became poor for my sake so that I could receive the riches of salvation, forgiveness, and eternal life.
Help me never to take Your sacrifice for granted. Teach me to become humble, generous, and compassionate. Show me how to share Your love with those who are struggling, lonely, or in need.
I pray that my life reflect Your selfless grace in everything I say and do. Thank You for making me truly rich through Your love.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
